It was extremely spacious, the room was absolutely fantastic and had a comfortable bed.

The room had a great view 🌆. the staff went above and beyond to help and were super accommodating. the location was awesome, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to Thoroughbred Park.

This place is gorgeous! the rooms here are so nice and cozy, just like you'd want them to be. the staff is super friendly and always polite. I lucked out with a room that had a great view of the courtyard ☺️.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the room was spacious and modern with utensils, a stove and a large fridge. The location was perfect, it was convenient to both great places to eat as well as various popular sites. Lastly, the hotel was spotless, the lobby and room alike.

I loved the suite at Residence Inn, it was spacious and perfect for our needs. The standing shower was amazing, although the shower head was a bit too high, my husband was able to fix it. The location of the hotel is fantastic, we could easily walk to Rupp Arena for a concert in less than 10 minutes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was always clean.

The street noise outside was a bit bothersome, but that is to be expected when staying downtown. Additionally, the breakfast could have been better for the price of the rooms.

Great and unbeatable location not very far from Thoroughbred Park. Reasonably spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Outstandingly accommodating staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The staff was welcoming and helpful during check-in. The workout room had top-quality equipment, and parking, though a bit tricky to find at first, was convenient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, location, and friendly atmosphere.

The service is fantastic, includes convenient parking. An a double room with a nice view has basic facilities you need. Helpful staff, they know their business. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, at walking distance from A Modest 1806 House.
